Electronic Textual Editing is a volume of essays co-edited by John Unsworth, Katherine O'Brien O'Keeffe, and Lou Burnard. The volume is jointly supported by the Modern Language Association's Committee on Scholarly Editions and by the Text Encoding Initiative Consortium, and its production was funded by a grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.

Copies of the book can now be ordered direct from the MLA Bookstore, from Amazon, and from good booksellers everywhere.

Preview versions of all individual articles in the volume, which was itself prepared in TEI XML format, are also still available online here. Note however that the essays presented in this online pre-print have not been through the MLA's editorial and production process.
