    DD had said he would post example of how namesapces are used in an XPointer, but hasn't gotten to it yet.

    Action 4: NI post arguments of element vs attribute for remote inclusion ASAP

    Discussion on status of XInclude: FV concerned it may not go anywhere; DD thinks there are a couple of implementations and there will be more.

    Action 5: DD Check on status of XInclude; post results

    DD's problem w/ FV's post: what is suggested is radically different from attribute-based systems of linguists.

    Action 6: JC post [?...?]

    DD suggests FV write up whether we can use XInclude or not; JC to write up whether we can use W3C Schema to validate; FV check JC's old postings on inclusion semantics.

    Council will discuss a working group on graphs of various sorts; CC's stuff should play right into that.

    DD to write up decisions we've made so far, circulate both to our list and to Council's.
