    While we have made progress, the deadline of the Council conference call (2003-09-16) is rapidly approaching.

    Action 1: DD send mail to list prompting participation. Would another timeslot be easier for folks? Preferably one LB could attend? 2003-07-21

    It may be useful to have a more detailed list of what it is we have left to accomplish.
