      • Program Committee chair will come from the TEI, but PC will have local organizer representative

  • Council Report

    • Council is planning the spring face-to-face, likely mid-March
    • TEI Technical Contributor program: Council would like to open it to active TEI members. Eli Bleeker and Patricia O’Connor are working on a syllabus
    • We can task SIGs with P6-related tasks, the Board and Council can work on grant funding (P6 likely to roll out in decade)

  • Membership Drive

    • European institutional support leads
    • James Cummings will lead a community survey about membership benefits

  • TEI By Example / Pedagogy

    • Awaiting Eli Bleeker’s survey results
